From Denver International there are no less than 3 excellent shuttle companies that will bring you right to our door.
Accessing the Home: There is a door to the right of the two garage doors as you approach them from the driveway. That door has a Schlage digital lock already programed for you: first touch the word ‘Schlage’ on top of the keypad and then enter the last 4 digits of your phone number. That will unlock the door. To close it (from the outside) just close the door and touch the word ‘Schlage’ on top.
There will be a welcome letter containing all other home information when you arrive.
Welcome package includes fresh coffee beans, a bottle of wine, postcards, stamps and to make your stay more enjoyable, a manual with useful house, city and county information, several sets of keys and remote to the garage. Security is supplemented with outdoor cameras. Recently redesigned and planted garden.
Waxes, iron, vises, tools, boot and glove dryer, etc. for skis and snowboards. Work bench in garage.
Guests have access to every room in the house, minus two owner's closets.
Parking
Extended length two-car. EV charger. 2 cars inside, 3 in designated parking space outside garage, none on the driveway or, in winter, directly on top as that is where the snowplow discharges.
For winter guests: Please note that you will need vehicle/s with 4WD or AWD and snow tires as we get A LOT of snow. Our house is by itself on top of a hill and the driveway can be covered in snow between visits of the plow. They come to plow whenever 2 inches of snow accumulate.
Subject to availability, we allow early checkin and late checkout. For sure you can bring your groceries, luggage, etc. into the garage already at 2 PM while the cleaning crew is finishing cleanup inside. The day of your checkout, you can leave your luggage in the garage till 1 PM and enjoy more of your stay.
CHECK IN: Check in time is 4 pm. Early check in times are allowed only when the property is cleaned and ready for occupancy and prior approval is required.
CHECK OUT: Check out time is 10 am. Prior approval is needed for late check out. Please leave all keys, remote controls and garage door openers in their original place. A replacement fee will be charged for each lost key, remote control or garage door opener.
CLEANING: The home will be inspected and cleaned after your departures. The rental fee you have paid will provide for five hours of normal cleaning so that you can enjoy your vacation up to the last moment. You are required to leave the property in the same general condition in which it was received. Please pick up any trash and place it on the blue trash cans in the garage. Please put all silverware and flatware, kitchen utensils, etc. on the dishwasher and start the cycle. The house should be ready to be vacuumed, dusted, cleaned and beds made with fresh linen.
Excess cleaning that may be required resulting from you, your guests or pet, will be billed to you. Remember to pick up any refuse, shedding, etc. from your pet.
GUESTS LIABILTY: You are liable for any damages caused to the property (other than normal wear and tear) by you, your family and/or any of your guests, including, but not limited to landscaping, misuse of appliances and/or equipment furnished. If damages are in excess of the security deposit being held, you must reimburse the homeowners for costs incurred to repair/replace damaged items.
SMOKING: There is a strict no smoking policy in the home, this includes tobacco, cigars, marijuana, cigarettes, pipes, hookahs, etc. Ashtrays located outside in 3 locations.
HOLD HARMLESS: The homeowner does not assume any liability for loss, damage or inconvenience arising for any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, electricity or plumbing. Nor will the homeowner accept liability for any loss or damage caused by weather conditions, lack of snow, natural disasters or other reasons beyond their control.
HOT TUB & PATIOS: You are warned that the hot tub and surrounding patio can be dangerous, that the patio can be slippery when wet, and that injury is likely to occur to anyone who is not careful. You must observe and adhere to all rules and polices as posted. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings, you accept and assume all risks involved in or related to the use of the hot tub and patio areas.
PETS: We allow two dogs per party and they must be approved in advance. To bring any other species, ask us in advance. Pets should be potty trained, not chew on furniture, etc. and are not allowed on beds or furniture. They can be fed and should eat only from their bowls. You are responsible to clean after your dog/s in and around the house, including shedding, droppings and any other stains they may produce. Doggie bags are provided for your convenience. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $200 per pet per stay.
Drool prone and slobber breeds are not allowed to stay or visit Villa Panda. These include the following breeds (pure or mix): Great Dane, Basset Hound, Newfoundland, Mastiff, Dogue De Bordeaux, Saint Bernard, Boxer, Bloodhound, Bullmastiff, Neapolitan Mastiff, Great Pyrenees, Clumber Spaniel or any other breed, hybrid or mix with similar drooling characteristics.
No other pets besides the maximum of 2 preapproved can be present at the house at any time.
PLAYGROUND: Equipment is generally available during daylight hours and dry weather conditions only. No use of playground after sundown if adequate lighting is not present. Proper footwear is required and no loose clothing especially with strings should be worn. Clothing is not to be tied on bars and/or used as support. Adult supervision is required for children under 12. Use at your own risk. Homeowners are not responsible for any injuries resulting from the use of the playground. The following are not allowed around the playground equipment: glass, food, drinks, gums and pets of any kind. Playground equipment should be used for their proper purposes only.
SLEEPING CAPACITY/DISTURBANCES: You and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for any of the following: A) Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity; B) Using the premises for any illegal activity including, but not limited to, illicit drug use or the possession, serving or consumption of alcoholic beverages by or to persons less than 21 years of age; C) Smoking (anything) inside the home; D) Causing damage to the premises or to any of the neighboring properties; E) Use of the house for any illegal activities; F) Violation of the Pet Policy; G) Any other acts which interfere with the neighbors’ right to quiet enjoyment of the property.
ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: You, for yourself, you heirs, assignors, executors and administrators, fully release and discharge the owner of this property from any and all claims, demands and causes of action by reason of any injury or whatever nature which has occurred, or may occur to yourself, or any of your guests as a result of, or in connection with, the occupancy of the premises and you further agree to hold the owner of this property free and harmless of any claim or suit arising therefrom.

PLEASE FEEL FREE TO USE THE SALT, THE SPREADER AND IF NECESARY THE VARIOUS SHOVELS AND BRUSHES PROVIDED TO INSURE SECURE FOOTING FOR YOU AND YOUR GUESTS.
